Whole genome resequencing data of three oaks in southwest China

In this study, we focus on three related oak species in Hengduan Mountains, southwest China. We used whole-genome resequencing data of these three species which repeatedly sampled from three different geographical sites. We analyzed the population genetic structure of three sampled species using both cpDNA genome data and nuclear genome data.
