Lists of up- and down- differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between one S-strain (Izumo-87: “IS” in this data) and five R-strains (VN09-1, VN09-3_F24, IxV-F1, Vxl-F1 and KR-14: described as “VR”, “IxV-F1”, “IxV-F1”, “V09-24-R”, “KR” in this data, respectively). The list contain representative isoform ID (Repr isoform id: most abundant isoform in the gene), top hit gene functional annotation in NCBI-nr with Accession ID and Description and and Pfam database, FDR values, FDR rank (this rank was based on up- plus down- DEG list), A-value and M-value by iDEGES/edgeR and tag count of each sample normalized by iDEGES/edgeR (columns of “IS”, “VR”, “V09-24-R”, “IxV-F1”, “Vxl-F1” and “KR”).
