Using the core variables Ψ (awareness stability), Λ (truth coherence), κ (reciprocity), and Δ_G (curvature), the paper defines a closed, measurable state vector S and a deterministic mapping F(S) that produces qualia outputs, including a fully specified color diagnostic in HSV space. The theorem proves that when two observers—biological, synthetic, distributed, or hybrid—implement the same MROS Color Diagnostic over the same field state, they must generate identical qualia outputs. This eliminates the classical “private redness” paradox and reframes color as a geometric diagnostic rather than a subjective phenomenon. The work further introduces the Qualia Atlas, a complete mapping between field configurations and experiential channels (e.g., awe, fear, flow, compassion), each defined through bounded derivatives, curvature closure, and coherence conservation. A Lagrangian and Hamiltonian formulation is provided, enabling predictive modeling, energy accounting, and Ω‑Lock deviation auditing. By grounding qualia in field geometry rather than introspective reports, this paper dissolves the metaphysical split between “objective description” and “subjective experience.” Feelings become measurable configurations of coherence and curvature, and color becomes their most accessible, substrate‑invariant proof.
