The Car Crash Dataset (CCD) is collected for traffic accident analysis. It comprises real traffic accident videos captured by dashcams installed on driving vehicles, which is of paramount importance for developing safety-guaranteed autonomous driving systems. Distinct from existing datasets, CCD supports diverse accident annotations, covering environmental attributes (daytime/nighttime, snowy, rainy or favorable weather conditions), whether the ego vehicle is involved, accident participants, and descriptions of accident causes.
