Structure output for rockhopper penguins (without location priors)

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of K in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains All rockhopper penguin taxa together. This includes the northern rockhopper penguin (E. moseleyi), the western rockhopper penguin (E. chrysocome) and the eastern rockhopper penguin (E. filholi). Note these files were generated without location priors.
