Mean and standard deviation (two first columns) of mean, median, mode, standard deviation (std), skewness and kurtosis of C1 were calculated over all data (n = 22, from 11 volunteers scanned twice). Note that the mean and std over all data were labeled meanall and stdall to avoid confusion with the mean and std of the measurements of C1 and α for each volunteer and scan. Inter- and intra-subject variance (Inter-Var and Intra-Var respectively), coefficient of variation (CV, in %) and intra-class correlation (ICC) were calculated as described in the Statistical analysis section (see text).
