本数据集为人参属药用植物改善阿霉素诱导的心力衰竭的“性-效”免疫组化数据集。通过构建阿霉素诱导的心力衰竭模型，采用HE染色观察心脏病理学变化，结果显示模型组大鼠心肌细胞肿胀、间隙变小、心肌纤维局限性断裂、心肌间质中血管扩张，人参干预后显著改善模型大鼠心肌病理学变化，其中吉林和云南人参对心脏病理学改善优于湖北人参组。有助于解读人参属药用植物的“性-效”的科学内涵。
