Our previous findings demonstrated that photothermal therapy (PTT) induces membrane disruption and subsequent protein leakage in Vibrio vulnificus. To further elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying PTT-mediated bacterial inactivation, we employed transcriptomic profiling to systematically investigate the thermal susceptibility of this thermolabile pathogen at the molecular level.
