Code and data for a study of 5′UTR predictors

This record contains analysis code, derived results and reproducibility materials for fixed-budget evaluation of prediction scores using 5′UTR reporter datasets. Download all 9 small base ZIPs and the companion BioData_Mining_additional_analyses_2026-09-30.zip. See 00_README_SMALL_FILES.txt for extraction instructions and UPLOAD_MANIFEST.json for checksums. The small base ZIPs preserve every file and path from the verified source-linked base archive. The post-release PLUMAGE annotated barcode table and its direct mapping copies are excluded from redistribution. The base provides the original-source URL, checksum and retrieval/reconstruction code. WT-level results, eligibility definitions and stored predictions are unchanged. Third-party materials retain their original terms.
