Phosphorylated peptides of CYLD detected under CaMKII activating conditions.

Recombinant human CYLD was incubated with either PSD fraction (CYLD+PSD) or purified CaMKII (CYLD+CaMKII) and analyzed by LC/MS/MS to identify phosphorylated residues. Sequences above were detected only when samples were incubated in the presence of ATP and Ca2+/calmodulin, except for FHSpLPFSLTK (S-418), which was also detected when CYLD was incubated with PSDs in the presence of ATP only. Number of experiments where a phosphorylated sequence was detected/total number of experiments is shown. The phosphorylated residues are indicated as Sp, and the corresponding positions on human CYLD isoform 1 (Q9NQC7-1) are indicated in parenthesis next to the sequence.
*LC/MS/MS analysis failed to differentiate between S-361 and S-362 as a phosphorylated residue.
