Comparative Analysis of Free-Living and Particle-Attached Bacterial Communities Composition and Resistome in the Bohai Sea Water Environment

This study comparatively analyzed the differences in species composition, pathogenic bacteria distribution, and ARG abundance between FLB and PAB communities in the Bohai Sea, as well as the influence of environmental factors on the structure of these two bacterial communities and the distribution of their resistance genes. It provides important scientific evidence for a deeper understanding of the ecological functions of bacterial communities in the Bohai Sea and their role in ARG transmission, while also offering theoretical support for the health assessment of marine ecosystems and the development of strategies to control antibiotic pollution. Future research could further explore the dynamic responses of FLB and PAB communities under the context of global change and their long-term impacts on marine ecosystem functions.
