Kip Adipose Tissue Bulk RNA Seq

This data includes bulk RNA sequencing of 3 different adipose tissue depots from young male mice preconditioned with one week of either control or methionine restricted diet and subjected to vein graft surgery. The three depots are perivascular adipose tissue (PVAT) from the vena cava, PVAT from the aorta and subcutaneous adipose tissue. Samples from the pre-operative state were subjected to the dietary intervention but not surgery. Samples from the post-operative state were subjected to the dietary intervention and vein graft surgery, with samples collected 1 day after surgery.The Counts file includes raw read counts from data aligned to the ENSEMBL Mus musculus reference genome and annotated against the corresponding GTF file using the Subread package. The Metadata file includes timepoint, diet and tissue depot information for each sample.
