资源简介:
This study aimed to assess the effects of B-mannanase supplementation in diets with reduced metabolizable energy containing xylanase-phytase on performance, fecal score, blood biochemical and immunological profile, total tract apparent digestibility, digesta passage rate, fecal microbiome, carcass traits and meat quality in finisher pigs. The current research addresses the use of supplemented B-mannanase enzyme in diets with reduced metabolizable energy andcontaining xylanase-phytase fed to finisher pigs. Here, we addressed questions associated with animal performance when fed the enzyme, as well as sought to understand how performance is enhanced. To do this, outcome measures involving gut health were investigated. These results suggest an economic-environmental nutritional interest for the swine study area. To date, no studies have been conducted to assess the effects of the dietary association of these enzymes on the fecal microbiome, total digesta passage rate, and fecal consistency score of finisher pigs. Therefore, diets containing additives such as the enzymes studied in this study are a nutritional strategy that can be adopted by companies. With this, healthier animals improve production and have less impact on the environment.
