Edge-on black hole transients show blue-shifted absorption lines in their X-rayspectra due to hot and equatorial disk winds. Blue-shifted absorption lines havealso been discovered in optical and ultraviolet(UV). These features must beproduced in an outflow but the physical conditions required to form them arevery different. The three features have never been observed at the same time. Itis unclear if they are linked to distinct outflows or simply with differentregions. We propose to answer this question with simultaneous time-resolvedspectroscopy of a high-inclination system in the X-ray UV and optical bandsduring their hard- and soft-states. This will allow us to test if the threetypes of wind features are present simultaneously and whether they display correlated variability. [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
