To determine roles by which infiltrating pulmonary intersitial macrophages regulate development and progression of pulmonary vascular remodeling and pulmonary hypertension. RNA sequencing (RNAseq) of non-classical monocytes and IMØ purified from the lungs of Cx3cr1cre;Hif1αΔ/Δ and control Hif1αflox/flox mice after 3 weeks of exposure to hypoxia plus SU5416 (Fig 5A).
