As part of the study, a dataset was formed, which was used by a rule-based hierarchical source selection algorithm to simulate and evaluate hybrid power supply management for base transceiver stations (BTS). The dataset contains 8,760 hourly records spanning the full calendar year of 2025, covering the Khorezm region climate conditions: 1. The parameters in this dataset were compiled based on the joint work of expert engineers in the fields of telecommunications power systems, renewable energy integration, and photovoltaic/wind generation modeling, who are well versed not only in grid-tied BTS power architectures but also in off-grid and hybrid energy configurations applicable to the region. 2. The sources of data in the dataset were not only domain expert engineers, but also publicly available meteorological observations for the Tashkent region (solar irradiance, ambient temperature, wind speed profiles), which were used as reference baselines for calibrating the synthetic generation process. The dataset was constructed through a structured manual engineering design process; no automated machine learning or data-driven imputation methods were applied, except for deterministic mathematical modeling of photovoltaic output, wind turbine power curves, and load profile estimation based on established empirical formulas.
