In this study, an experimental setup was designed to measure the energy harvested from periodic mechanical pulses using Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric material. The collected data were modelled using Artificial Neural Network (ANN), K-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest (RF) algorithms, which were compared in terms of prediction accuracy and processing time.
