The project includes the control group on AIN-93G diet for 3 months, the model group on a 60% high-fat diet for 3 months, and various intervention groups with mice receiving daily gavage of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides, Lactobacillus E10 bacterial agent, E10-fermented goji juice, apple cider vinegar powder solution, and goji juice, based on the modeling, with the gut microbiota of these mice being sequenced using 16S rRNA.
