Whole exome sequencing of canine soft tissue sarcoma

We have generated whole exome sequencing data from 29 canine soft tissue sarcoma (STS) tumors and 29 corresponding matched normals. The Illumina sequencing library was created using dog exome capture from Agilent Sure Select XT All Exon V2 (43.45 Mbp) (Santa Clara, CA). The goal of this project was to identify somatic variants associated with canine STS tumors.
