Bradyrhizobium japonicum strain:Is-34 Genome sequencing and assembly

Generally, Bradyrhizobium japonicum has the ability to form the nodules on the soybean root. However Nodulation of strain Is-34 of B. japonicum is restricted by Rj4-genotype soybean. The gene corresponding to this imcompatibility has not been found. The information of genome sequence of this strain will help to find out this corresponding gene.
