materials project and robocrystallographer features for stable compounds

Compounds with an e_above_hull greater than 500 eV/atom were removed. Additionally, compounds which resulted in an error during the robocrys analysis were removed. Certain target properties are included in stable_features.csv, but are removed in robocrys_features.csv.
