Community-origins of healthcare-associated USA300 MRSA clinical cultures revealed with genomic epidemiology

Here we use genomic epidemiology to understand healthcare or community origins of CO- HO- and HACO- MRSA from a comprehensive collection of MRSA clinical samples collected from Cook County Health in 2011-2014.
