MetabEAU-VisNIRS_data_for_metabolomic_clock_single_berry

This repository contains the NIRS and HPLC data used to select the single berries used in our article entitled "The single-berry metabolomic clock paradigm reveals new stages and metabolic switches during grapevine berry development" (preprinted at https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.09.27.615328). It also contains the proportion of expert annotated ions in each cluster presented in the article and the annotation by Compound Discoverer (the expert annotation is available at DOI: 10.1093/nar/gkad1045, PMID:37971328).
