This file contains expressions of genes associated with chicken inflammatory response for each individual chicken. Expressions of slightly different subsets of genes were determined in the cecum or liver based on the maximal responsiveness of these genes in either of the tissues. Each line represents one chicken and expressions of genes normalized to average expression of GAPDH, TBP and UB.
