This study evaluated transcriptomic differences in cells with high and low expression of SLAMF7 in monocyte populations from blood and synovial fluid. Overall design: Monocyte populations based on expression of CD14 and CD16 were sorted based on high and low expression of SLAMF7. Lysates were harvested for RNA-sequencing using the Smart-seq2 protocol.
