RNA sequencing analysis of SW480 cells treated with Amuc_0904

We performed RNA sequencing analysis in SW480 cells treated with Amuc_0904 to study the molecular mechanisms through which Amuc_0904 regulates goblet cell signature. Overall design: Gene expression profiles of SW480 cells received treatment with Amuc_0904 or buffer were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.To identify DEGs (differential expression genes) between two different samples, the expression level of each transcript was calculated according to the transcripts per million reads (TPM)method. RSEM was used to quantify gene abundances.
