Image Canopy: Software to estimate canopy cover

Image Canopy is a user-friendly tool to estimate the percentage of canopy cover in potato. Ortogonal digital photos in the visible region are requested as input data and a simple segmentation algorithm was implemented to clasified the healthly green folliage of potato.
