Speciation dynamics in Erysimum odoratum species complex

Accurate species delimitation is vital but difficult in groups shaped by recent divergence and hybridization. The genus Erysimum, rich in endemics and chromosomal diversity, offers a good model for studying early speciation. This study focused on the E. odoratum complex (up to 10 species in the Carpathians and western Balkans) to test its origins and species boundaries.
