Environmental amplicon sequencing

This study focuses on the ecological processes of coastal Marine micro-organisms. By using 16s and 18s amplicon sequencing, we explored community assembly processes of the microbial community in subtropical coastal-estuarine seawater over a six-year exploration. Our findings underscore the necessity for customized strategies in marine biodiversity conservation and ecosystem management, particularly in dynamic coastal regions.
