Staphylococcus aureus strain:SAWL001 | isolate:SAWL001 Genome and transcriptome sequencing

Staphylococcus aureus SAWL001, same as Korean National Culture Collection for Pathogens (NCCP) 14750, is an MRSA isolated from a blood sample of a patient on 4th, January, 2005 in Changwon Fatima Hospital. It is an isolate with ST72 SCCmec type IVa, TSST-negative, Coagulase Type (PCR/RFLP) 700 80-170-330. It is methicillin-, penicillin-, cefoxitin-, and erythromycin-resistant.
