MODERNIZING THE INSURANCE SYSTEM IN LINE WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND ENSURING FINANCIAL STABILITY: THE CASE OF APEX INSURANCE.

Currently, digital transformation and financial stability play a crucial role in the insurance market of Uzbekistan. This study examines ways to strengthen financial stability by aligning the insurance system with international standards. For the analysis, the financial indicators of Uzbekistan’s leading insurance company, Apex Insurance, including assets, capital, net profit, and solvency, are assessed. The study employs financial ratio analysis, trend analysis, and comparative analysis methods. The results indicate that while Apex Insurance has a strong capital base and high profitability, risk resilience could be further enhanced through investment portfolio diversification and a strengthened reserve policy. The discussion analyzes the contributions of digital innovations, reinsurance, and regulatory reforms to financial stability. Recommendations are provided based on improvements derived from international experience.
