Effects of dietary trehalose supplementation on intestinal flora of yellow-feathered broilers under heat stress

To investigate the effects of dietary trehalose on intestinal flora of yellow-feathered broilers under heat stress. Samples were collected from 4 groups with 6 replicates per group in the morning of 58 days of age, and 1 chicken was selected from each replicate, which was close to the average body weight of the group. After slaughter, cecal contents were collected for intestinal flora amplicon sequencing.
