This study presents PacBio Iso-Seq long-read transcriptome data generated from roots of Arabidopsis thaliana exposed to salinity. Seedlings were grown under controlled conditions and subjected to salt treatment (150 mM NaCl) or control conditions for short (2 h) and extended (24 h) time points. Total RNA was extracted from root tissues and used for full-length cDNA library preparation and sequencing on the PacBio Sequel II platform.The aim of this dataset is to provide an isoform-resolved view of the Arabidopsis root transcriptome under salinity, enabling the identification and characterization of full-length transcript isoforms, including alternative splicing events. These data complement existing short-read RNA-seq datasets and support improved transcript annotation and integrative analyses of transcript diversity associated with salinity responses in plant roots.
