Urtica dioica subsp. dioica isolate:a cross btw Female clone 11-4 & Male clone 4-5 Genome sequencing and assembly

This project aimed to de novo assemble the diploid genome of the male stinging nettle. PacBio HiFi and Hi-C were used to produce the phased chromosome-scale assemblies. This individual is a biological son of the female genome assembled independently in the previous study (Haplotype 1: PRJNA663211, Haplotype 2: PRJNA1198346).
