PHIDU - Cancer Incidence - Females (PHN) 2006-2010

This dataset, released September 2017, contains data on the female cancer incidences during 2006-2010 by Breast cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Melanoma of the skin, Lung cancer, Uterine cancer, Lymphoma cancer, Leukaemia cancer, Thyroid cancer, Ovarian cancer, Pancreatic cancer, All other cancers and All cancers combined. The data is by Primary Health Network (PHN) 2017 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\nThere are 31 PHNs set up by the Australian Government. Each network is controlled by a board of medical professionals and advised by a clinical council and community advisory committee. The boundaries of the PHNs closely align with the Local Hospital Networks where possible.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/data-archive/sha-aust/2015-onwards/phidu_data_sources_notes_2017.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU from an analysis by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) of theAustralian Cancer Database (ACD) 2012. The ACD is compiled at the AIHW from cancer data provided by state andterritory cancer registries.\n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlas-of-australia-primary-health-networks). Data that was not shown/not applicable/not published/not available for the specific area ('#', '..', '^', 'np, 'n.a.', 'n.y.a.' in original PHIDU data) was removed.It has been replaced by by Blank cells.
