Bacteria play an important role in material circulation, energy flow, water quality control and health of farmed animals in shrimp, crab and clam polyculture ponds. In order to better reveal the changing rule of bacterial community composition in water and the relationship between community similarity and environmental factors, the 16S rRNA gene was sequenced and analyzed by illumina technology in this study.
