This is a dataset of 16S rRNA gene sequenced produced using a custom primer sequencing approach on the MiniSeq (Pichler et al., 2018). The dataset contains three different runs of environmental samples (freshwater sediments, marine sediments, biofilms, corals, marine sponges), together with mock communities.
