Phylotranscriptomic analysis of the Caryophyllaceae

We constructed a dataset of 25 newly generated transcriptomes (1 in Montiaceae, 24 in Caryophyllaceae) with 45 published transcriptomes (in BioProjoct PRJNA428216), including 11 cushion-forming plant species. Using this dataset, we aim to investigate the relationship between paleopolyploidy events and arctic-alpine adaptations in the Caryophyllaceae (the carnations).
