Untargeted LC–MS/MS Metabolomics Data Supporting Optimization of Semen Extender for Mongolian Sheep

This dataset contains raw LC–MS/MS untargeted metabolomics data and sample metadata generated from Mongolian sheep sperm samples. The dataset supports the analysis of metabolic changes associated with semen-extender treatment and sperm storage time. Samples were stored at 17 °C in an antioxidant-supplemented semen extender and collected at four time points: 0, 48, 96, and 144 h. The dataset includes 24 biological samples, with six biological replicates per time point, and six quality-control (QC) injections. No blank samples are included. Raw data are provided in the original instrument or vendor-specific format, together with sample metadata and QC information.
