Phage resistant Pseudomonas alcaligenes T3 mutants

We sequenced mutants of Pseudomonas alcaligenes T3 which had become resistant to Psari100M phage, CL phage, CRC2 phage, vsMR phage and combinations of all phages to identify the bacterium's acquired mutations. Our goal was to detect SNPs and inDels and to identify affected proteins, so that we may use this information to better understand resistance formation against phages and potentially improve upon phage treatment methods.
