资源简介:
The generated table "County-Level_EHF_Metrics_Final_Results_2011-2020.xlsx" contains county-level annual EHF (Excess Heat Factor) - related metrics in China from 2011 to 2020, with spatial units identified by `County_ID` (county code), `City_ID` (city code), `province`, and `city` (consistent with the county-level spatial unit definition in Section 2.2 of manuscript entitled "Heat-related frailty risks among middle-aged and older populations in China"). Key parameters are defined in line with the two manuscripts: `ehf_tday` represents the number of warm-season (June–September) days with valid EHF (>0) calculated based on `Tavg` (daily average temperature, defined as (Tmax+Tmin)/2 per Maintext Eq.3); `ehf_avginten` is the average intensity of valid EHF (set to 0 if no EHF days, Section 2.2); `avg_temp` denotes the average `Tavg` during the exposure period (2/3/4 years before the target year, matching the exposure period mapping logic); `var` is the daily temperature variability, calculated as the mean of monthly standard deviations of `Tavg`. All metrics correspond to three temperature thresholds (p90/p925/p95, i.e., the 90th/92.5th/95th percentiles of county-level warm-season `Tavg` per Eq.4) and specific exposure periods (2-year exposure for p90/p925, 2/3/4-year exposure for p95, as required by the study design). Meanwhile, we have attached the R codes for the entire calculation process (including NC data preprocessing, EHF function calculation, and integration of county-level EHF metrics).
