Data for BIM-based Automated Quantity Take-off Feedback System for Prefabricated Building Design Phase

This research proposes a BIM-based QTO feedback system for prefabricated building design phase. It contributes to the body of knowledge by accurately identifying data requests among stakeholders through a well-planned workflow and breaking technical limitations by automated Dynamo programming. The proposed framework allows the clients to get timely QTO feedback on building components through a user-friendly manner and view data in a straightforward format, thus saving iterative design time and improving design solution quality.
