Medulloblastoma with extensive nodularity (MBEN) are cerebellar tumors with two histologically distinct compartments and varying disease course. We invetiagated this tumor class in detail with single cell transcriptome analysis. Cohort of MBEN tumors was processed with 10X Genomics 3' V2 and Smart-Seq V2.5 protocols in order to obtain single nuclei profiles ***Submitter declares that the raw sequence data cannot be provided, including through controlled access databases, due to novel patient information security regulations in German Cancer Research Center***
