Data report the T-RFs size in nucleotides (nt), the CMLE odds Ratio (OR) estimates of association between presence of the T-RF in FEV1 group III vs a cohort composed by FEV1 group I + FEV1 group II patients, and the 95% confidence intervals (CI 95%). The reported attributions indicate the main hits retrieved for that particular size.
