The differences of Bcr-abl+ tumor stromal cell gene expression between wild type B6 mice and Sipa1 knock out mice

To assess the activation status of mesenchymal stroma cells and CD8 T cells in tumor tissues, we sorted the GFP– CD45– CD31– Ter119– cell populations mostly representing mesenchymal cells and GFP- TCRb+CD8+ cell populations mostly representing CD8 T cells from Bcr-Abl+ tumors of Wt and Sipa1–/– mice and subjected them to comparative DNA microarray analysis. Tumor gene expression in mesenchymal stroma cells and CD8 T cells are measured in wide type B6 mice and Sipa1 knock out mice. 5 heads wide type mice and 5 heads of Sipa1 knock out mice were used for the experiment
