资源简介:
Differences in the types of electron acceptors and their reduction potentials under different potential gradients will trigger the reconfiguration of electron competition among microbial species, which will lead to the screening of functional flora with specific electrochemical activities. More importantly, long-term potential stimulation induces adaptive evolution of microbial communities, which is manifested in the enrichment of dominant genera, up-regulation of functional gene expression and reorganisation of metabolic networks. Therefore, the optimisation of the applied potential is of great significance in maintaining microbial activity, reactor stability and promoting biodegradation of Cl-VOCs.
