Dataset on differential gene expression in Daphnia magna following exposure and historic exposure to copper

This dataset contains data on the expression of selected Daphnia magna genes following exposure to a control and copper under different conditions that appraise history of exposure and transgenerational effects of exposure. This dataset was produced during multigenerational study aimed at understanding whether the exposure history constrains the gene expression responses through generations including truly non-exposed generations.
