The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of high glucose on trabecular meshwork using RNAseq. Overall design: Gene expression profiling analysis for primary human trabecular meshwork cells subjected to high glucose treatent compared to normal glucose. Biological replicates (n=3) were treated with 30 mM (high glucose) or 5 mM (control/normal glucose) for 7 days and processed further for mRNAseq analysis.
