Altica lythri (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae) is characterized by three different main mitochondrial haplotypes that are associated with different reproductive modes.This BioProject provides long-read Nanopore sequencing data and Illumina reads of A. lythri HT2 adult male beetle. The BioProject PRJEB50615 study investigates sex and haplotype specific differences between males and females of the various haplotypes and made use of these genome data.
