Assessment of Acute Flaccid Paralysis System in Kwahu South District

<b>Assessment of Acute Flaccid Paralysis system in Kwahu South District of the Eastern Region, Ghana. </b><br>The study consists of three objectives derived from the CDC guidelines in evaluating surveillance systems, involving <i>the attributes of the surveillance system, meeting the system's objectives </i>and the <i>usefulness of the system</i>. The data presented on the dataset covers these three objectives. Fourteen(14) health facilities in the study area were conveniently selected based on their level operation and involvement in surveillance activities. Primary data was collected from key informants and surveillance focal persons in these facilities. Secondary data was also captured from the District Health Information System (DHIS2) which is presented on table 1.4
